In Africa, general information and communication technology (ICT) is low and expensive. There's double the difficulty of literacy and language and most of the internet is in English. One way to fix this is if market competition would stimulate, it would promote local economies and lower ICT access expenses. Local interpretation of the internet would be beneficial also. The more ICT access available in Africa the more awareness there will be of what is going on in the world.
